Once you receive your order please act quickly if you want to return it. You have 10 days from receipt to get it back to us for a refund or exchange.
Delivery costs are not included in your refund
Be sure to track your parcel and retain proof of postage.
All goods are your responsibility until we receive them. We cannot refund any items that have not been received safely back to us or that get lost in transit. Please ensure they are packaged appropriately so that they do not become damaged in transit.
All items must be returned in their original, saleable condition, with all tags intact and in original packaging where applicable. Goods that have been returned in a soiled condition or with an excessive odour, for example, smoke or perfume will not be accepted.
All goods will be inspected upon return.
Wrong Items relieved?
We apologise for sending you the incorrect items. Please contact us on 01 2982073 or firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of your item and we will arrange delivery of your correct items and cover the cost of the incorrect item back to us.
Please notify us regarding any faults within 7 days of receipt of your item and we will arrange a full refund or exchange.
Refunds will only be credited to the original card or payment method that is used for payment.
Please allow 2-3 days for this process to be complete once we receive your item.
Please allow 10-15 working days (Mon-Fri) for your refund to appear in your account. This is in line with normal E-Commerce returns policies to deter fraudulent transactions.
Our Returns Policy is in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations and does not affect your statutory rights. Please Note: This returns policy applies to online orders only. All in store purchases are subject to a separate returns policy.
